History<\/p>\n\t<\/div> \n\t

The history of the estate dates back to <\/span>Grandpa Louis Victor Alibert <\/span>who lived in the region at the Saint Jaumes hamlet. This family place witnessed the birth of all family members, including Christophe.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

The name \"Clos Coquet\"<\/p>\n\t<\/div> \n\t

\n\t\t\t

Louis Victor owned horses that he used mainly for work in the vineyards and to pull his cart (called \u201cchareton\u201d). However, during the war period, his horses were requisitioned by the armed forces. In the adjacent photo, we see Grandpa Louis with his faithful work animals, Arpin and Coquet. It is from the latter that the name of the estate \u201c<\/span>Clos Coquet<\/span>\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Christophe's dream<\/span><\/h2>\n

After a successful career in the <\/span>design and supply of high-end bottles for major ros\u00e9 producers in Provence<\/span>Christophe decided to return to his roots and create his own vineyard with his son Baptiste. The latter, a graduate of a BTS viticulture-enology program, takes care of the vines with great care and dedication, which is already reflected in the quality of the <\/span>first vinifications in 2022<\/span>,promising and praised for their excellence.<\/span><\/p>\n

Camille joins the adventure in 2024<\/h2>\n

In 2024, his sister Camille joins the family venture to take charge of the sales cellar, bringing her passion and dynamism to the team. Lydia, their mother, efficiently manages all the administrative aspects of the estate. <\/span><\/p>\n

Le Clos Coquet is more than a vineyard; it is a family project rooted in the land of their ancestors, symbolizing the union and strength of a family united by a common passion for wine and their native Provence.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>
