Daring wines
Baptiste embodies the new generation of winegrowers who combine respect for nature with innovation. In 2023, he obtained the organic farmingbut his approach goes far beyond that. Baptiste follows the lunar cycles and applies a minimalist interventionist approach in its winemaking methods. His philosophy? To intervene as little as possible, to let each cuvée fully express the unique character of its terroir and grape varieties. Working with small volumes, Baptiste concentrates on microcuvéesa true expression of his creative talent.
Each wine is original and creative, reflecting his inspiration and personal feelings. Off the beaten track, he doesn't hesitate to give priority to cuvées en Vin de France rather than AOP. This freedom allowed him to explore new blends and avant-garde techniques, giving birth to des daring wines. These wines, often experimental, attract those in search of new taste experiences, affirming Le Clos Coquet's reputation as a place of creativity and excellence in Provence.

Our ancient wine press
Baptiste spends many hours, working late into the night, pressing his red wines. He uses a small traditional wooden press with a capacity of 50 liters.

Our vinification cellar
We built an all-wooden winery, designed to blend harmoniously with the surrounding forests, preserving the natural aesthetics of the site.

Our amphorae
Baptiste refines his parcel-selected cuvées in 600-liter sandstone amphorae, imparting remarkable finesse to his wines.

The name ``Clos Coquet``
The name of our estate, 'Clos Coquet', comes from Coquet, a horse owned by our grandfather Louis, and also refers to the enclosed configuration of our property.

Th "Oroshi" bottle
We have chosen the "Oroshi" bottle, for which we hold exclusivity. This choice is motivated by its characteristic marks and imperfections on the glass, allowing us to stand out in a market that consistently favors perfection and flawlessness in glass bottles.
